Company History

ServerHouse was established in 1997. Since 1997 we have achieved constant organic growth and built five Data Centres. Our management team have a wealth of experience including the ISP industry, A&D, Manufacturing, Finance and above all IT. We're engineers and we truly appreciate what it takes to maintain and support a 24x7 operation and we go beyond CBP to do so.

Mission Statement

To support the Data Centre and Monitoring needs of IT centric companies in a manner which has a profound positive impact on the business of those companies. We make colocation less complicated and offer continuous monitoring to ensure our customers are always online.

Methodology

We aim to provide the most secure, most reliable, best connected, carrier Neutral Data Centre in Hampshire. We aim to understand our customers needs, monitor our customers services, report, re-act to or resolve problems highlighted by that monitoring and do so in both a timely and professional manner.

In every aspect we must exceed all current best practice, government and military specifications and ensure the ServerHouse quality standard is meet.

Environment

ServerHouse is registered for the UK's CRC (Carbon Reduction Commitment) and a Participant in the European Data Centre Code of Coduct. We continuously monitor and improve our systems to be as efficient as possible. Methods implemented to date include fresh air cooling, aisle containment, free cooling and a UPS replacement program. The ServerHouse environmental policy is available on request.
