Company History

ServerHouse was established in 1997. We have achieved constant year on year growth and built five Data Centres. Our management team have a wealth of experience running small and large IT systems in industries including ISP, production and finance. Above all we're engineers and we truly appreciate what it takes to maintain and support a successful 24x7 operation.

Mission Statement

We aim to provide the most secure, most reliable, best connected, carrier Neutral Data Centre in Hampshire. To support the Data Centre and 24x7 monitoring needs of IT centric companies in a manner which has a profound positive impact on their business. We make Colocation less complicated and offer optional 24x7 monitoring to ensure your systems are always online.

Through a positive work culture, continous training and employee development, working smarter not harder and careful monitoring of our operation we'll acheive our objectives.

Environment

ServerHouse is registered for the UK's CRC (Carbon Reduction Commitment), a Participant in the European Data Centre Code of Conduct and a Data Centres Alliance Partner. We continuously monitor and improve our systems to be as efficient as possible. Methods implemented to date include free cooling, aisle containment, automated and LED lighting, a rolling UPS replacement program. The ServerHouse environmental policy is available on request.

Our ethos is to support our clients as best we can. To date ServerHouse has a 100% customer retention rate. We look after our customers so they don't leave.
