ServerHouse has offered flexible and leading edge Colocation for 15 years and we're always looking to improve and innovate.

Historically Data Centre space is sold on power and space, so you'd have to commit to space and power usage in advance often limiting future expansion and creating a high point of entry

From February 2012 ServerHouse will be offering rack space on a power only basis, you pay for the power you use that month and not the rack space. This means you have a low cost of entry (low fixed monthly costs) and you pay only for the power you need that month.

How it works

  1. Advise us of your requirements
  2. Pay the set-up costs
  3. We provide you with rack space
  4. We provide you with a 100/1000Mb/s IP connection and IP address's
  5. You install your hardware
  6. We provide a customer portal showing bandwidth and power usage
  7. We bill you monthly based on your usage
  8. No usage commitments

Prices

Here are some example monthly prices

Small print

Minimum commitment is 1 x 47U rack and 1kW of power
Excess Bandwidth is billed monthly in arrears (From £20 per TB)
Use 3kW one month, pay for 3kW, use 2kW the next month, that's what you pay for
Power is billed on monthly max demand
Payment is monthly in advance
Power sold in 1kW allocations
Payments are taken by DD on the 10th of each month
12 month contract
