ServerHouse have a 24x7 NOC (Network Operations Centre) from here we use state of the art monitoring tools to enable us to monitor the operation of our DataCentre and our customers services. Our 24x7 'Continously running' NOC can monitor almost anything.

  • DB consistency, performance, availability
  • Network latency, throughput, usage
  • VPN functionality and availability
  • Cluster load
  • ID, Security, System Logs

  • SSL certificate expiry and/or validity
  • CCTV activity
  • Power quality, usage, frequency

How the service works

You provide information on the services you'd like monitored.

In the event of your system falling outside of the agreed parameters we can e-mail, page, sms(text), tweet, fax or phone you.

In addition to this our IT Response can pre-empt and resolve problems reducing your workload and negating the need for on-call staff.
